In these sessions, I gather detailed information about your health and wellbeing and, as the need arises, I'll assess any injuries, pain or discomfort in your body. I'll check your pulse and your tongue. Together, this information helps me formulate a diagnosis and determine which acupoints are most likely to relieve your symptoms. Together, we'll discuss which modalities (cupping, gua sha, massage, or moxibustion) would support you best in light of your specific health needs. If there's a modality you love

Acupuncture + Energy Healing

Best experienced! Generally, clients seeking Integrated Energy Work are seeking deeper relief and, possibly, connection with the inner dimensions of their being. Clients will experience a general assessment, including tongue and pulses, and then we flow from there into the beautiful medicine. Needles are applied as needed, and we work within Reiki and other healing energies to nourish every fibre of your being.
